The film stops after the pre-roll video plays… Why? 

If you are streaming a film from any IOS device (iPhone, iPad, or using AirPlay), after the pre-film video finishes you have to hit play again in order to watch the film. 

Because IOS has its own video player system, IOS requires viewers to click play a second time before the feature begins. 

This is the same for all IOS or AirPlay-capable devices.
