What do I do if a Viewer is Having Trouble Watching an Event on Their Device?
Viewers don't usually have trouble viewing the feature. However, if a viewer is having issues, here are some ways to troubleshoot the issue.
The viewer can watch the film on any device with the link they receive via email after buying a ticket or making a donation
Keep in mind that the feature will not play unless it is within the "available to stream" event window set by the filmmakers
To prevent any issues with viewing, encourage your viewers to review the FAQ's provided when they registered for the event
If a viewer is still having issues viewing the feature, they can request support from the Show&Tell team.
