What do I do if a Viewer is Having Trouble Watching an Event on Their Device?

If a viewer is having trouble, here are some ways to troubleshoot the issue. 

Viewer Troubleshooting:

• The viewer can watch the film on any device with the link they receive via email after buying a ticket or making a donation 

• Keep in mind that the feature will not play unless it is within the "available to stream" event window set by the filmmakers

• To prevent any issues with viewing, encourage your viewers to review the FAQ's provided when they registered for the event

If a viewer is still cannot viewing the feature, they can request support from the Show&Tell team.
